Update Breaks HTTPS / video poster

After the newest update – adding a video posed to the video PLAYER breaks https for some reason. The rest of the site works fine; however, when I add a poster to the video, I get a warning in Chrome and Firefox.

Please advise.

Thanks for writing in! If you have updated recently, I would suggest you to check the following as well.

1. Make sure that you have updated to the latest version.
   Since we have released some updates time to time fixing some commonly identified bugs, please make sure that you have updated to the latest version by following our changelog here (https://theme.co/changelog/).

2. Clear all cache.
   If you’re using a caching plugin on your server, you need to purge your server cache. If you’re using a CDN service like CloudFlare, you need to clear it’s cache as well. Also you need to clear your browser cache before testing.

3. Try testing on different browsers or try testing on Incognito mode.
   Sometimes even though you cleared cache, it will still render old pages. So it’s best to test it on a different browser or using private browsing mode.

If you’re still having issues, provide us with a URL to your referenced page, so that we can investigate the issue further.
