Hi, I need to update a website from X 4.6.4 to Pro but when I do that I get a Wordpress critical error. Any advise? I read all the migration guides etc. on the fora so please don’t send me a link to on of them.

It is not possible to tell you anything without knowing the exact errors you are having. Although you might have any specific reason to downgrade the theme version, I would suggest you stick with the latest version to avoid any issues.
