Update 4.0.11 Content not showing Pro editor - only header and footer

Hi,
Just update one of our sites to Pro 4.0.11 and when we go to edit the page the only things that shows is the header and footer; no content (no sections, rows, columns, elements). We can navigate through the layout to each section, row, column, element but they are not visible on the page.

Sometimes the only screenshot doesn’t help us to recognize the issue you are having. I would suggest you troubleshot a few common issues to recognize the issue.

1.Plugin Conflict
2.Theme Update related issue
3.CSS/JS Customization

If you discover that an issue is coming from a custom code or 3rd party plugin, kindly consult with a developer or contact the plugin author. Please note that we do not provide support for custom codes and 3rd party plugins.
If that does not help, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– Exact Page URL where you are having this issue.
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

When I log in to your site and edited the homepage in Cornerstone, I was greeted with this JS error in the console:

This is coming from your Gravity Forms Recaptcha. Please make sure that you have set it up correctly.

It appears to have been setup correctly but I removed it anyways. Still unable to view content in builder.

Thanks for sharing the credentials. I went ahead and checked your site it seems that there is a plugin conflict. I checked your plugin list it seems that your Modern Team Showcase plugin conflicting. I went ahead and deactivated after that builder is working fine.

I would suggest you deactivate the plugin and then check it again. Please note that we don’t provide any third-party plugin support. It is out of the support scope.
