I got today an email from wpml about the upcoming 4.4.7 release combined with a wordpress update:

Hi Andreas,

Tomorrow’s WordPress 5.6 release includes many new features and support for PHP 8. This update includes some inevitable breaking changes that affect most themes and plugins .

Is it safe to update from your site?

Hi Andreas,

The WPML plugin is one of the supported plugins of our themes and we do a compatibility test with any update released by the authors. Please find the supported version at version compatibility page.
