Some days ago I received an email from Envato with the subject “Upcoming Support Expiry + Pre-Expiry Extension Offer”. There I am offered the extension of the support for $ 10,63. But if I click on the link there is only the possibility to buy a complete new license. How do I get the discounted offer?

That does sound odd. Normally it should just add the support extension to your basket at the reduced price, but since it’s sold on Envato’s marketplace and controlled by them, you’ll need to contact them directly to resolve it.
