Unwanted space below footer?

I have 2 bars in my header, one at the top and one at the bottom.
The bottom one is causing some problem, for some reason it is creating some space below the footer?

As you can see in the screenshot with the bottom button (in the right corner) makes the space appear.

Anyone know anything more detailed about why, and maybe a fix?

Hi Victor,

It seems that you have added and Bottom Header and that is what creates the space at the bottom of the page. If you want to remove that space please remove the Bottom header.
