I can’t figure out how to remove this line between two footer bars. Can you help. This is only happening on mobile.

The line is coming from the first bar. I went ahead and edited your bar settings to resolve the issue.
Please check your site now.
Unfortunately, that didn’t fix the issue. The line is still there, but it doesn’t show up on every mobile device, but it always shows up in chrome. I also need to keep that border.
This is probably a bug with the footer bar. This isn’t the first site this has happened to. Could you please report it?

I’ve checked your website again and I noticed that the payment bar in the mobile footer is still showing a bottom border as in this screenshot:
I’ve set it to none now and it shouldn’t be appearing now.
