Unused X License Validation

I have purchased 24 individual X licenses, but only 15 appear on my Themeco account.

I downloaded my license certificates from Envato and tried to add them to my Themeco account, but each one returns an “already registered” status. I don’t have any way to manually revoke the 9 unused licenses because those sites do not exist now. I thought that I would be able to register the unused licenses on my other sites, as is common practice. So I checked your docs and tutorials, but found no solution.

How am I able to validate my 9 unused X licenses that are not appearing on my Themeco account?

I have all of the license certificates for verification.

Hello @AmyDyson,

Thanks for writing in! If you are getting “already registered” when adding the license code, it is most likely that this license code was already registered using a different Themeco account. Kindly provide us the list of license codes that you are having trouble with so that we can find out which Themeco account itis attached to.
