Unsafe attempt to load URL

Hi,
My Cornerstone editor stopped working. It shows the error ‘Unsafe attempt to load URL http://www.domain.com/wp-content/plugins/cornerstone/assets/dist-app/svg/interface.svg?v=3.1.6 from frame with URL https://www.domain.com/x/#/options. Domains, protocols and ports must match.’ I’ve tried purging all caches and cookies but it has not resolved the problem. My Wordpress and site address url’s are both set to https://domain.com.

Thanks for writing in! Could you please update to the latest versions?
Our latest versions are:

  • X theme 6.4.6
  • Cornerstone 3.4.6

This latest release contains fixes for several issues so be sure to check out the changelog (http://theme.co/changelog/).

_After doing the updates, always remember to clear all caches (if you are using WP Rocket, WP SuperCache or W3 Total Cache) when updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.-

Hi @tunedotcom,

It turns out that you are having too many redirects in your site. Please disable your SSL plugins and make sure that your site URL and WordPress address URL in Settings > General is using https. If you set the URLs using https then you do not need any SSL plugin.
