Unregister purchase codes & create new account

Hi guys,

It looks like you cannot change your email or username on the account, is that correct?

If so, is there a way to unregister the the current purchased codes and register them with a new account?

Hello There,

Please also include which license code because at the moment you have 5 licenses. You must select which one we will remove from your account to be use to this new account.

Hi Petar,

I have now moved these over to the new account, using the credentials provided.

FYI the secondary URL against each license is for staging use only and you will require a separate license for each production site.

Thank you guys, really appreciate your help!

One last thing, could you please change the password to the one in the secured note? Thought I would be able to change that afterwards to something random, but do not see that option from the account.

p.s. thanks for the reminder, I did clean up the websites on the licenses, they were used for staging.

Hi there,

Unfortunately, we do not have any access to change the password of a user due to the forum security features.

You will need to access the Forum with another browser, and in the login screen, you need to click on the Forgot Password feature so that an email will be sent to you and you can change the password yourself.
