Unlockable License?

Hi there,

I’ve got a license I’m trying to transfer back to my account from a secondary account, but for some reason the unlock button is not visible for it. I’ll put the details in a private comment.

It’s a license that I originally owned, transferred to a second account because a business was being sold – but they ended up not using it, so I’m just trying to transfer it back to my own account.

Thanks for writing to us.

It might be the issue of browser cache. I would suggest you please clear your browser cache and recheck it. Go to the Themeco account dashboard->Single Licenses->Select the License code->Hover on the Lock icon ->Click on the “Yes, Unlock My License” button.

Nope. No button available. And I have the button visible on my other account for different licenses, in the same browser. So it’s something unique to this license. Can you look into it more, please?
