Unlink my current location

Hi there,

Can you please unlink my current location on my license key please?

I have lost access to that site.

Hi Alexander,

Thanks for reaching out!

I check your account and your license is connected to your localhost host. To update the current location, you just need to click the edit button in your themeco dashboard and change the location address.

Hope that helps.

It does not work. I did use a different URL before but couldn’t revoke license . like below :

Still getting this error

Hello Alex,

Which site are you trying to validate? Please provide us with the URL or at least make sure that the URL is assigned to the license code.

See the secure note.

Best Regards.

Hello Ruenel,

It used to be http:\localhost\Alexive_WP now http:\localhost\Alexive.

I have lost access to http:\localhost\Alexive_WP and cant revoke license.

Hey Alexander,

You don’t need to revoke the license inside the dashboard of http:\localhost\Alexive_WP, you just need to replace the link in the location input type and it will automatically be validated once you enter the valid license on your new website.

Are you still using localhost? If yes, would you mind sharing the localhost URL? But if you are using a live domain, would you mind sharing with us your admin credentials so that we can check your issue properly? To do that, please give us the following information in a Secure Note.

  • WordPress Login URL
  • Admin level username and password

You can find the Secure Note button at the bottom of your posts.

Thank you.

I have now changed it to my production site alexive.co.za…Still the same issue. See secure message for more info

Hello Alexander,

I checked your site it seems that your WP installation is here https://alexive.co.za/wordpress/ and you have added the URL on the Themeco Dashboard that is https://alexive.co.za/.

Please note you need to add the same URL in the location to validate it.

Hope it helps
Thanks

Thank you… Sorted

Im sure when I did it before I didnt had to add the /wordpress/.

You are most welcome Alexander.
