Unlimited License

Good day. If I purchase an unlimited license, what happens in the event that a client wants to take over the site and use another developer? With the individual licenses, I am able to simply turn the license number over to them.

I have another site I am going to build with Pro and I need to decide if I should go unlimited. I currently have 6 individual licenses.
