Unlimited License Won't Save

I have tried the other recommended troubleshooting steps of deactivating all plugins, deleting and readding the site to the licensing without any luck.

I do have a child theme but the problem persists with the main theme active.

The licenses validates and then when the page refreshes it is not saving.
