Unlimited License will not validate

Hi, I have tried to validate my website using my unlimited license but it keeps saying that it’s not validated. I add the URL in my Theme.co account, copy the code, and insert it into pro but it does not work. Help?

Thanks for reaching out.

The Licensing System check the URL mentioned in Setting > General, so please make sure that the mentioned URL is the same in both the place.
If that is not the case, I would suggest you check the article on the product validation problems here: https://theme.co/docs/problems-with-product-validation

If none of the above helps, please provide the details of your site in a secure note, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Admin URL
– WordPress Admin username / password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

I just went ahead and add your Pro unlimited license code to your website and it is now successfully validated. I am not sure why you can’t validate on your end but I didn’t do anything, I just add the license code.
