Unknown Error in X Them

Hi,

Something is causing our validation page to look like this:

Was wondering if others are experiencing this or is something wrong with our site. For one thing, Cornerstone wont load in one of our computers, but all computers are seeing this pages as is.

UPDATE: We have tried turning off all plugins and it seems Cornerstone is causing the fault. Just wanted to ask if anyone else has experienced errors with the most recent update of Cornerstone. Please help… thanks

Thanks for writing in.

You have updated your cornerstone first, and it broke the features like that. Please delete your cornerstone, and visit that page again so it can install the correct version.

Then always update the theme first.

Hi Rad,

Just wanted to follow up the question, if I delete and reinstall cornerstone, will I lose the pages? BTW we are also in multisite, was wondering if that might cause complications, or if we actually needed some special steps for multisite installations?

Hi there,

It should not be a problem as long as you do not make any changes on the page content while Cornerstone is not active though please make sure to keep a backup of your site before doing anything.
