Themeco, it’s been a ride, but it’s clear you’re not for me (someone with very little experience designing websites). All the tutorial videos on your YT channel are for experienced web designers, and the Docs has very little visual instruction to walk a newbie through the process of putting together a website. I asked for tutorial videos for beginners on the forum and got no response.

I just want to put together a simple site without all the fancy elements and customizations with names and jargon I don’t understand. In my attempts to build a beautiful simple site, I’ve just made an unholy mess.

Maybe I’ll give you another shot when I have more experience.

It’s all there in my post. The specific problem is I have no experience with web design or programming and their terminologies, so every step with all the endless options and customization is complicated and confusing, requiring researching for definitions, functions, answers and expert advise. Forum support was slow (over 12hours) to respond to my request for tutorial videos, so using it to answer each question I have is impractical. Plus, they admitted that you don’t provide introductory tutorial videos on your YT channel. The Docs section has some good information but it’s dry, and doesn’t connect the dots and walk you through the basics of building a site visually step by step. All of these factors indicate that I am not your intended user and need to look elsewhere. There are lots of videos that walk beginners through building a site with Elementor…

You can’t master a single thing in just one day, you need some time to learn and master from it. That also applies to our product, you need some time to learn all the settings and techniques to achieve your desired layout but once you are well versed with our product, it is now easy for you to make your website.

Please keep in mind that we answer all support threads from oldest to newest and sometimes it takes some time to reply on the thread if there’s a difficult thread to be answered.
