Uninstall X theme

Hi, what is the safest, cleanest way to uninstall X theme Pro and the Child theme and Cornerstone? Also, am I going to loose any of the widgets, menus, sidebars that I build while using the theme?

Thanks for writing in! The safest way is to use a backup. You can use the backup if you want to revert back to the previous state of your site. Perhaps this plugins could help you: https://wordpress.org/plugins/search/backup/

Thanks, I was asking regarding removing the theme completely, as I don’t see a link to Deactivate or Delete it?

Are you on multi-site? Or do you have full admin permission on your site? There should be deactivate and delete function in the plugin section. And you should activate another theme first before you can delete X theme. And yes, you’ll lose widgets and menu once you switch to another theme, it’s Wordpress standard because the placeholders aren’t the same for every theme.

Another way to remove them is through FTP or your hosting’s file manager. Then go to /wp-content/themes/ and /wp-content/plugins/` folder to delete them.
