Unidentified error, switching to skeleton view message

Summary

My site keeps getting issues with an unidentified error issue. I have had a developer look into the issue, and he shared a screeenshot of errors he has found. He asked me to share with you to see if we can fix the issue.

Info is in a secure note.

Hello @rscaife2,

Thanks for asking. :slight_smile:

I don’t see any of our product being used on your website. In that regards it falls outside the scope of support we can offer.

Thanks.

We had to disable your cornerstone plugin because it is really clashing with the site. If you log in you will see it’s installed, but just not active.

Ryan

Hello There,

Thanks for writing in! I have investigated your issue and as soon as you load Cornerstone, there is a fatal error:

E_ERROR: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 32 bytes) in \/home\/llumber\/public_html\/wp-content\/plugins\/cornerstone\/includes\/vendor\/coalescence\/class-template-declaration.php on line 69.

To resolve, you will need to edit your wp-config.php file and insert this:

define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M' );
define( 'WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT', '512M' );

Though you have given the ftp details, we can log in but we cannot upload or edit any file. You must do it with your main or root ftp account to be able to make this changes.

Please let us know how it goes.
