Unfamiliar page shown as part of my website

The page I noted in my Secure note is being shown as part of my website. However, I don’t see this page in my list of pages. How do I get rid of this page?

Thanks. I added https:// to the URL address. However, when I do a google search on “friends of oberlin village”, I still get a message that “No information is available for this page”. Do I need to wait a day or so for it to take affect?

I made these changes and still get a message indicating “No information is available for this page” when I do a google search for “friends of oberlin village”.

Please note that google takes time to crawl your site again and update it’s data.
