Unexpected Section Appearing Above Top Section

Hi,

I have suddenly got an unexpected section appearing the top section I have created in Pro. I am using the Blank - No Container| Header Footer template. The top section should be a Revolution Slider.

However, a new blank background section has appeared with the page’s title (see screenshot). I cannot understand how it is appearing, as it was not there this morning.

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks for writing to us.

I tried to access your site dashboard but it is asking for popup login details to access your login page. I would request you please share your popup login details as well so that we can access your site login page and check your settings.

According to your given screenshot, it seems that you need to disable the page title, I would suggest you go to the page —>Click on Edit—>Disable Page Title

If it doesn’t work for you please share your popup login details in the secure note along with WordPress login details

Hi Prakash,

My apologies, the directory protection had not been updated. The credentials in the original secure note are all valid.

The setting you suggested did not make any difference and the title is still showing. As previously mentioned, the title did not show this morning when I was working on the site.

Hello Christopher,

It seems that the page title is coming from the single layout (Envira Gallery) since you have created a custom layout for a single page but you have not set the condition properly. I would suggest you set the condition properly to get rid of this.

Please have a look at the given screenshot in the secure note.
