Uneven columns on attribute archive pages

Hi,

I have 2 problems.

  1. I followed this thread >> https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/woocommerce-product-attribute-archives/21059/8 to get 3 columns on my attribute archive pages. It worked great, however, on some pages, the content drops below the footer a little. See on this page >> https://karaboclothing.co.uk/brand/armedangels/ It seems to happen on pages that don’t need pagination.

  2. On other attribute archive pages, there is pagination when there doesn’t need to be and rather than having 12 products per page, there are only 11? It happens here >> https://karaboclothing.co.uk/brand/cluse/ and also here on page 2 >> https://karaboclothing.co.uk/brand/numph/page/2/

How do I fix this?

Hi @Lorenmn,

Thanks for reaching out.

Quite weird, I couldn’t find what’s causing this. Is it okay if I disable the plugins and some features? I couldn’t do that since it’s a live site, and I can’t track the changes to reverse or restore it in case the troubleshooting reset some setting.

I also recommend contacting a developer as this is related to custom taxonomies, CSS isn’t enough.

Thanks!

So do you think it’s a plugin conflict that’s causing it? I’m not sure it’s actually a ‘custom’ taxonomy. It just uses the standard attribute shortcode built into Woocommerce.

Perhaps I’ll try Woocommerce support as well.

Hi There,

Thanks for the confirmation!
In that case please let us know what Woocommerce support says about this so that we can look on to it if this is due to theme.

Thanks
