Uneditable fields in field group of ACF

Hey , i just created a Field group with ACF earliar and now i want to create another field group in which i can upload 2-3 pdf files at once but unable to create the field group.
i created field group then add field (it only adds text field) and i am not able to edit this field shown in the image.

I am not able to check your site settings since you have not given the site ULR and login URL. Please share the site URL and WordPress login URL so that we can check it on our end. I have tested the ACF meta field on my localhost and it is working fine on my end. I would suggest you please have a look at this video. If it doesn’t work for you I would suggest you troubleshoot with a few of the common issues before we investigate your settings.

Hey, I’ve seen the video that you shared, but I’m not getting any options. When I add any field it just adds the text field and I’m not an option of editing it.

I checked your site it seems that all the ACF fields are working on your site. Please have a look at the screen recording video given in the secure note. in case you are pointing to something else please share the exact URL, name, and video so that we can follow the steps so that we can check it on our end.
