The “under construction” plugin ist not working on my fresh install, never had problems with it before and out of ideas…
wait, now it’s working, it just takes ages to update.
Any idea why this is happening?

Updates are coming from Themeco plugin repository. So if you have experienced any delays, it could be due to your server load or due to intermittent connection issues.
