hi there,
the bypass function from your plugin under construction does not work since the upgrade to wordpress 6.2
cheers
Harald
Hi Harald,
Thanks for reaching out.
I have checked and found that the Under Construction plugin is working fine in my local environment with WordPress version 6.2 and the latest version of the theme. I would suggest you check once by clearing all types of cache and check in the incognito/private mode of the browser.
If that does not help, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:
– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password
To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.
Thanks
hi there,
i did all your suggestions, still not working.
creds in secure note
thanks in advance
Hi Harald,
I have checked the plugin settings through the WordPress admin dashboard, and it is the same as my local environment but still shows the problem you described here.
It seems there might be some different reasons behind your reason, I would like to suggest troubleshooting the following common issue to help us to recognize the reason.
- Theme Related Issue
- Plugin Conflict
- Theme Update related issue
- Child Theme Related issue
- CSS/JS Customization
- Disabling Cache
- Disabling CDN
If you discover that an issue is coming from a custom code or 3rd party plugin, kindly consult with a developer or contact the plugin author. Please note that we do not provide support for custom codes and 3rd party plugins.
If that does not help, please copy your live site to a staging server so we could troubleshoot freely without breaking your live site.
And give us access in the secure note including:
– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password
To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.
Thanks
