Under construction page not working at all

I have enabled the under construction plugin for my website and it isnt working, I can still access the website,logged in ir not.

Thanks for writing in! Upon testing, I can confirm that it’s a plugin conflict that you’re experiencing. To see which plugin causing the issue, you need to activate recently active plugins one by one.

Also make sure to update any outdated plugins as well.
