Under Construction Is Not Working

I’m aware that if I’m logged in and using the same browser that I bypass the Under Construction page. However, I’m checking the website from Firefox and Google Chrome (Only logged in on Safari) and I’m not seeing the Under Construction page. Please advise; microbrowart.com

Must’ve just taken some time to update, because it appears to be working just fine now. Sigh.
