Under Construction doesn't work when using a custom page

The Under Construction plugin works well until we enabled the custom page option.
Then, all pages are available through direct URLs.
We emptied the caching after every test to make sure.

https://www.proaxiongym.ca shows the Under Construction custom page (good)
https://www.proaxiongym.ca/a-propos becomes available (bad)

If the custom page option is disabled, the “a-propos” page becomes hidden properly.
Is this intended or we have an issue / potential conflict?

Yes, it’s possible that this is an issue with another plugin. One workaround is to create a Single Layout instead of using the UC plugin, then adjust the Settings > Assignments > Conditions as follows.

This should redirect all non-logged in users to this Single Layout page.

If the issue persists, please provide the login details in the secure note.
