I have a couple of sites that I’ve set an ‘under construction’ page with a password but when we put the PW in, it’s not working.
http://ranchhandsresc.wpengine.com and https://themansfieldhospital.com are the ones so far. the password is distillerycreative

Thanks for writing in! Could you please make sure that you’re fully updated first. You can check the latest theme version numbers from here (https://theme.co/changelog/), latest X/Pro compatible plugin version numbers from here (https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/troubleshooting-version-compatibility/195) and latest WordPress version from here (https://wordpress.org/download/) and then update your theme & plugins (https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/setup-updating-your-themes-and-plugins/62) and also WordPress accordingly (https://codex.wordpress.org/Upgrading_WordPress).
If you’re still having issues, try testing for a plugin conflict by disabling your 3rd party plugins. If the issue resolved, then you can activate your plugins one by one to see which plugin causing the issue.
Currently, the only identified bug is the password form not showing (https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/plugin-under-construction-password-problem/44237/2). If you’re still having issues, provide us with your WordPress login credentials to check your issue further.
Also make sure to purge all cache before testing (refer: https://www.wpbeginner.com/beginners-guide/how-to-clear-your-cache-in-wordpress/).

Thank you. I did update everything and cleared the cache and disabled all the plugins–still not working. The password form does sshow, but when I put in the PW, it doesnt do anything–just reloads the page. I will send my creds in a secure note.

We were able to log in and investigate. We could not replicate the issue in our local testing servers. Further investigation to the issue, I found out that after you submit the password form, there is an error 503 responds from your server. We might need more assistance from your hosting provider regarding this error 503.
