Under Construction - Blank Page

I installed the Under Construction page, and I’m using a custom page, but the page is blank when I’m not logged in. This is the link https://cigarsbyjorge.com/

Hi Manny,

Please check for the following first:

1. Ensure everything is up to date according to our version compatibility list at https://theme.co/docs/version-compatibility. Please follow the best practices when updating your theme and plugins. See https://theme.co/docs/product-updates for more details.

2. If you’re using a caching plugin, clear all caches including browser cache then deactivate your caching plugin and other optimization plugins.

3. If you’re using a CDN, please clear the CDN’s cache and disable optimization services.

4. Test for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

If the issue persists, please provide us login credentials on a “Secure Note” so we can take a closer look.

@friech I tried all of that, no luck. This is not the first time that happened to me in a clean install. I added the credentials to the first post.

I have checked your Coming Soon page. This is the page that is assigned as your Under Construction page. When you are not logged in, you will be seeing this Coming Soon page. You are seeing nothing but a blank page because there is no content on the page.

Solution:

Please edit your Coming Soon page and add some text and then check the site again.

When you are logged in, this is what you will see on the homepage:
