Undefined element - how do I get it back?

I was using “quick access” from the deign cloud. I went to my site and it was gone, when I try to edit in cornerstone it says “Undefined element. This element could not render because its definition is missing. You might need to activate a plugin.”

I’m not sure when this happened. I recently activated and deactivated the plugin Ultimate Blocks. I did not edit in cornerstone while I had the plugin activated.

I tried adding quick access back onto my site but it still says the same thing.
