Uncaught ReferenceError: jQuery is not defined

Hi,

I am getting a heap of JS errors on my wordpress admin page when I view the java console in Chrome. The JS errors are causing many of my admin menus to not function (e.g. Screen Options drop down no longer works, Yoast SEO menus do not show etc etc). I have tried disabling all plugins and the problem persists, leading me to believe that it’s a problem with the theme.

Can you please advise if this is a known issue and if a solution exists?
