Uncaught Exception: Failed to import TSS file: elements-base

Our site returns an error 500. When we checked the error logs, this is the entry that we found.

We already tried reinstalling the latest version 6.5.5 and the previous cycle version 6.4.22, but it still throws the same error. We also have a child theme, we tried activating only the parent but it’s the same issue.
