Unable to view/select uploaded custom fonts

Hello,
I posted on this a few weeks ago and failed to respond so now it’s closed: https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/cant-add-custom-fonts/61542

I disabled all plugins and I’m still unable to view/select the fonts I’ve uploaded.
This is what I see:

Hello Jonathan,

Please delete the fonts and re upload it again. You can then import the files through Add from Server plugin so that it will display in the Fonts section.

If you can give us FTP access, we might be able to fix this issue for you.
