Unable to view pages in Cornerstone: console warning: Frame missing CORNERSTONE_FRAME signature

On a new site I’m building i’m having a recurring error appear when accessing pages in Cornerstone Builder. Instead of the page design loading, I see the following message:

Additionally, I have a console warning with the following message:

Frame missing CORNERSTONE_FRAME signature. This could mean WordPress did not shutdown properly or this URL could be cached even though Cache Control headers are present.

So far I’ve tested in Chrome and Safari with the same result. I’ve not been able to isolate a single plugin that is causing this.

Can you help me troubleshoot this issue?

done. Thank you!

Hello @apparatus,

It looks like there might be an issue with the server cache. I would suggest you please purge all the server cache and recheck it. I would also suggest you please delete the Pro theme and reinstall the latest version of the Pro theme. Now you need to clear the browser cache and go to the Cornerstone–>Settings —>System–> Clear System Cache.

Hope it helps
Thanks
