Unable to Validate

Hello,

Never had this problem before, bought a license on themeforest got the install going and went to validate I am getting errors stating that “Uh oh, we couldn’t check if this license was valid. Details.” when pressing the “Details” button the box is completely empty.

Edit: I have tried the verbose and force check options as well. Talked with the host and they have verified that everything on their end is good and no errors are being thrown up. They confirmed that all the items in the knowledgebase are enabled

Hi There @jayson.batbatan ,

Most probable cause would be that you haven’t installed or activated Cornerstone plugin before validating your X theme. If you head over to X -> Overview section and wait for few seconds to install the Cornerstone plugin automatically (you will see a notification on the top saying Cornerstone installed).

If you already have Cornerstone plugin and not activated, please head over to your plugins section and activate the plugin before validating.

In case if the Cornerstone plugin is not installing automatically, you need to enable PHP cURL extension on your server (which will require to install other extensions as well after theme validation).

Also you can locate Cornerstone.zip file under your X theme (x/framework/plugins/) and you can install it manually as well.

I have installed and activated it manually but I still cannot validate my license. Same blank page after I press enter.
