Unable to Validate Site, but it's listed as valid in my account

I have a pro unlimited account. I’ve added multiple sites fine but this time I started working on it with a different domain, and then did a copy through Hostinger to the now final domain of my site. When I try to validate it will say it worked and then changes to “Your license of Pro is not validated”. But it says it’s an approved site in my theme.co account. I’m sure it had something to do with copying the database over but I’m not sure how to fix it.

There might be a few different reasons for this issue, I would suggest you troubleshoot the common issues related to the Product Validation.

1. Location Issues
2. Communication Error Messages

If none of the above helps, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.
