Unable to validate purchased theme

Hi, I purchased my second licence for X Theme and being very happy user of it so far

now, I have huge problem: I am not able to validate purchased theme from my WP v4.9 hosted on PHP 7, Hostgator

I keep getting infamous message: Uh oh, we couldn’t check if this license was valid. Details.

I tried talking to hostgator support, they say that cUrl is enabled, PHP has been upgraded to version 7 as I said,

not sure what else I should try now. Please help me with this.

I managed to validate theme by disabling all plugins :slight_smile:
