Unable To Validate Pro

Hi,

I have tried several times to validate a site license; however, it goes through the following process each time:

  • Enter license
  • Verifying
  • Congratulations Your Site is Validated

The site in question now appears in my list of sites inside of the “Pro Unlimited” section.

However, it still returns the box inside of the site saying" Your almost finished…"

This is despite that directly above this it says “Congratulations your site is validate”

I am using the same hosting service that I have used for other sites, that have no issues.

I have deleted and added the site several times to the list of sites.

Frustrated!

Thanks for reaching and providing all your details!

I went ahead and log in to your website. First, I deleted the website in your themeco Pro unlimited account then re-validate your website. Luckily, it’s validated successfully with no issue at all.
