As others have reported in the forum I’ve ran into difficulty validating my Pro license on one of the websites I’ve built. I enter the key, I receive a message that it has been validated, but then the screen refreshes and Pro is again requesting I validate.
In the past when this has happened I can solve it either by simply deactivating all the plugins and re-attempting validation or in some cases if I just come back on a different day I’ll discover the validation somehow completed on it’s own. This time nothing has worked.
I do notice that the site is now listed under my unlimited use license within my account here at theme.co but the website itself doesn’t acknowledge that it is validated.
If you could investigate I’d greatly appreciate it. I’ll attach a secure note with the details.
