Unable to Validate New Theme X Licence

Hi Guys,

Having a problem with a new licence that I have purchased.

This is the error message inside WordPress “Uh oh, we couldn’t check if this license was valid. Details.”

Have been on to my hosting company (Siteground) to ask them to make sure all is okay their end. As I saw there were others that had an issue.

Update - Issue now resolved, deactivated Cornerstone and allowed me to Validate!

Hello Glenn,

It could be that the version of your X and Cornerstone were not compatible that was causing the issue in validation. Glad to hear it’s sorted!
