Unable to validate my license. Server Error 500

Hi, I have just installed the extension today and all the files exist on the server, however I am unable to validate the license as the validation response method cannot be found as shown below

Hi, I have checked this. The issue is that the TCO_Validator::get_response() class method has not been found. It appears that the class file is not being loaded into the the autoloader

Hey There,

I’ve identified the issue you’re having but I could not solve it since I do not have FTP credentials. Please delete Cornerstone and once done try to validate the site again. The validation should then work fine and Cornerstone will get auto reinstalled. If you would rather have us doing these steps please provide us with the FTP credentials. Thanks!
