Unable to validate Cornerstone on wordpress after purchasing two different licenses

I have attempted getting help for this issue twice with little success. I purchased a themeco license on September 7. 2023 and haven’t been able to change our website. Today I purchased another license cornerstone and used that code and still am not able to access and change our website. Thanks for reaching out.
You are trying to validate the Cornerstone with the Pro license, that is why it is not working. Please note that the Cornerstone is a different product, and you need a separate license for that.
