Unable to validate clone

Hello there,
I have just cloned my site, bought a new licence, updated to the latest versions of x and cornerstone but every time I input the activation licence i am jut taken to a white screen with mywebaddress/wp-admin/admin.php?
I have read the other posts and followed the instructions for manual installs of the latest theme along with updating cornerstone but it’s not making any difference.
In the mean time, I have also deleted or disabled all none essential plugins and updated everything as well. I spoke to y hosting company and they said there was nothing obvious in there. I have registered my purchase code inside theme.co and linked it to my site but having no joy

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I checked the licence manager and in that I can see a website URL listed. As you have already tried preliminary troubleshooting and if that’s the website in question is the one listed in Licence manager, please share website login details in secure note for us to take a closer look.

Thanks for updating in! I have logged in and investigated your issue. There is an internal error 500 happening. The CSS and JS files were not being loaded by your server because of some permission issues. Please check out this link to be able to resolve this server issue:

If nothing helps, please ask your hosting provider for further assistance. Please tell them that you may have some permission issues wherein CSS and JS files were not loaded in the backend and the front end of your WordPress site.

Please let us know how it goes.

My hosting company had to update to a different version of PHP and it was all good. Thanks for your help!
