I have read everything there is on the extensions not being validated once installed/activated, and everything on my website is up to date–the theme, the extensions, everything. X-theme is also validated. However, when I try to use essential grid, it says I must validate it.

You do not need to activate the bundled plugins with X since they come with the theme so you should be able to use most of their features. In case you want to use the premium features, that is when you will have to get a separate license code for the plugins to activate them.

Ah, I see. I assumed it would allow me to use the templates, but it just allows me to use the builder. I kept trying to select a template and it kept telling me to activate it. But now that I’ve been able to use the builder I realize the templates are part of the pro/premium features. Thank you.
