I have several sites that are running on an old theme that is no longer supported by the original developer, which make this the perfect time to switch over to the Pro theme.
I have downloaded the Pro v6.0 theme and installed it on a ‘new’ site where I was able to configure everything and had no issues. When I switch over to the site I want to now use Pro on, I uploaded the same theme package, however, when I go to activate it the public facing site displays a white screen.
But it gets better! (read: worse 
) - when I go into the Cornerstone builder, eventually I will get the error " The preview could not load due to the iframe response being incomplete. This is most often related to a plugin conflict, or customizations introducing a PHP error." message and cannot continue with anything.
Not only that, but in the “Pages” section, I only see the “home” page there… none of the other pages my site had show up!
I have tried deleting and reinstalling the Pro theme to no avail.
Very frustrating and disappointing as I have a handful of other sites I was hoping to use the Pro theme on.
