Unable to use licence

This looks like a brand new purchase code that hasn’t been added to a Themeco account yet. Login to your existing account or register a new one to continue.

The licence key is not in use anywhere else and is correctly pointed to the right domain.

I then click login to get asked:
You are logged in as XXXXX . Would you like to add the purchase code XXXXX to this account?

I select yes, then i get:

Uh oh!

SOMETHING WENT WRONG

The license could not be transfered because the user already owns the license!

Thanks for reaching out.

There two different licenses are in your Themeco Account Dashboard and both are assigned to the same location, that might be the cause of your issue.
I would suggest you change the Location and try it again. If that does not work, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Admin URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.
