Unable to Upload Images in Cornerstone – mOxie / plupload JavaScript Errors

WordPress: 7.1
Pro: 6.9.3
Cornerstone: bundled with Pro

When editing a page, layout, header or footer in Cornerstone, I can open the WordPress Media Library and select existing images without any problem.

However, when I switch to Upload Files and click Select Files , nothing happens. The file selection dialog does not open.

Uploading files works normally outside Cornerstone, through the regular WordPress Media Library.

The browser console shows the following errors:

Uncaught ReferenceError: mOxie is not defined
Uncaught ReferenceError: plupload is not defined

I have updated to Pro 6.9.3 , but the issue persists.

The same issue occurs on both my production site and a development copy.

Is this a known compatibility issue with WordPress 7.1 / Pro 6.9.3, or is Cornerstone failing to load one of the WordPress Plupload dependencies? Is there a fix?
