Unable to Update X Theme or Cornerstone

We have a website that is currently on X 6.2.2 and Cornerstone 3.5.4. We have been unable to update Cornerstone in quite some time as it says the X license is invalid. We have removed the X license and added it back multiple times but Cornerstone still says it is invalid. We did a few manual updates of Cornerstone to get around this but it never changes the license validity issue. When we did the manual update we completely deleted the cornerstone plugin folder and replaced it with the newer version.

Recently, we noticed that X is not updating either. It shows 6.2.2 as the latest version under the validation settings. If you click check now, is says nothing to report. Please advise on how to fix this. The fixes we found in the forums so far have not fixed the issue.

Thanks for writing in! It seems that your version 6.2.2 has issues with validation. It is best that you update the theme manually instead. You can check out tis knowledge base article:

If you allow us, we can also do the manual updates for you. Kindly let us know.

We just updated both X and Cornerstone manually to the latest versions. We will have to wait until the next update to see if that fixed the issue.
