Unable to Update The Grid

Unable to update The Grid on one of my staging sites, received the error “installation failed: could not create directory” All directory permissions are set to 0755
Uninstalled the plugin and am now unable to reinstall: “Download failed. Destination directory for file streaming does not exist or is not writable.”

Thanks for reaching out.

It seems the file permissions issue, 755 permission means to read and execute access for everyone and also write access for the owner of the file.
So you may need to check whether you have the owner privilege which has the write access for the files or not, otherwise, you need to ask your hosting service provider to resolve this.
